My name is Derek Joyce from cork. I trained as an apprentice painter & decorator for 4 years to achieve my FETAC national certificate with merit through FAS at the time. Once fully qualified, I began working for a big decorating company in cork.
With over 10 years of expertise, we are proud specialists in both hand and spray-painted kitchens in the Cork area. Our professional team consists of highly trained and fully qualified painters dedicated to revitalizing kitchens, from those with a rich 45-year history to contemporary designs. The time it takes is subject to the size of your kitchen. On average, the painting process can be completed between 2-3 days, depending on the size of the project.
What colour choice are available?

What type of paint finishes do you offer?
We offer a range of paint finishes such as Gloss, Sating and Eggshell however, we recommend an Eggshell finish.

Whats the difference between a hand painted kitchen and a spray painted kitchen?
1. Technique: Hand-painted kitchens involve using brushes or rollers to apply paint manually. This method allows for more control and precision, as the painter can adjust the pressure and strokes to achieve the desired finish. Spray-painted kitchens, on the other hand, involve using a spray gun or machine to evenly distribute paint in a fine mist over the surfaces. This method is faster and can cover larger areas more quickly.
2. Finish: Hand-painted kitchens often have a more textured and layered finish. The brush or roller strokes can create a unique and artistic look, with variations in colour and texture. Spray-painted kitchens, on the other hand, tend to have a smoother and more uniform finish. The spray application results in a consistent coat of paint without visible brush
marks.
